Winter and Spring Dry-Land Training 2023Dry-Land Strength Training For athletes who want to train to improve their paddling skills in the off season and potentially compete in Sprint Canoe/Kayak. This training program builds participants mobility, strength, endurance, reactive, and movement training. Participants will be encouraged to work towards their own personal goal throughout the Winter and Spring. This the Dry-Land training will be broken down into 2 blocks:
