Pre Season Training (Cancelled due to Covid pandemic)

Monday through Friday 4:30 - 6:00 pm
For Sprint team athletes, pre season on water training starts on May 4 in afternoons until school finishes. Training sessions will be Monday to Friday 4:30 to 6:00 pm. It is recommended that athletes attend 3 - 5 sessions per week. A minimum of 2 sessions per week are required.

All sprint team training this year will be offered as part of the Regatta Ready program.
Participants must sign up for membership before signing up for programs.
