​IceBreaker Race (6km-15km)

Start time: 10:00 am (arrive at 9:00 am)

This race is a fun event for all! This race is a family event. We encourage people to paddle with their kids and mixed teams. People can choose two different distances: 6km or 15km. 

The 15km event starts at Schwatka Lake day use area and runs up stream to Canyon City, back down stream around Schwatka Lake, back up to Canyon City and back down to the Schwatka Lake boat launch. 
The 6km race event will start at the same time as the 15km race. The circuit is a full lap around the Schwatka Lake. 

Registration fees: Fee is $20 which covers prizes and hot lunch. Please select the IceBreaker Race in the registration link provided. 

We ask that people show up at least 1 hour in advance so that we can start the race on time.
