School Programs

Learn, laugh, and try not to fall in!

School Programs  for Grades 2-12
May 20 to June 13, 2025

Dragon Boats (grades 2 & up):
We have a 22 person dragon boat and a 12 person dragon boat. These boats are like voyageur canoes. Great for team building and learning the basic canoe strokes. For grades 2-5, the focus will be on learning canoe paddle stroke, paddling the Dragon Boat and learning on water safety.

SUP/Canoes/Dragon Boats (Grades 6 & up):
We have enough equipment to have your groups try both paddle sports in a half day. A full day would also include dragon boating. For grades 6 -12, the focus will be on the differences between a variety of different water crafts (canoes, kayaks, SUP’s and dragon boat) and students will get a chance to paddle them. They will also learn about parts of the boats, water safety, and the different paddling strokes using games and teamwork.

Includes:
  • One qualified instructors, PFDs, paddles, boats and safety equipment. Portable toilets, change rooms.
