These programs are for those interested in continuing to train during the off season of paddling sports. Whether you're wanting to training to compete (sprint, marathon or dragonboat) or training for health, we have a program for you!We will be doing general dry-land strength & conditioning workouts in the Whitehorse Elementary School gymnasium Better Bodies Gym and the CGC pool. We are running two sessions during the Winter:

• Session 1 (W1)- January 8 to March 10
• Session 2 (W2) - March 25 to May 05 

Available Programs

1. Women's Training (ages 10-18) - 1x a week (*more training available if interested)
2. Adult Training (ages 18+) - 3x a week
3. Foundation Training (ages 10-16) - 3x a week
4. High Performance Training (ages 14+) - 5x a week
